摘要
目的 探讨重复经颅磁刺激的安全性。方法 对接受不同刺激频率和刺激量组经颅磁刺激大鼠的行为、组织病理形态、血清髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)含量进行观察。结果 低频刺激组 (5 Hz)和高频刺激组 (2 0 Hz)在刺激过程中均未出现异常活动 ,无肢体强直、阵挛等 ,脑组织形态学包括大体观察、普通光镜改变不明显 ,其血清MBP和 NSE含量与正常对照组比较 ,无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 在一定强度和频率内经颅磁刺激是比较安全的。
Objective To assess the safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in normal rats.Methods Preliminary obeservations on neurological behaviours and morphological changes of brains were made in rats which underwent 250(TMS 1) or 500 (TMS 2) TMS per day at the intensity of 75% of maximum output of stimulator for 5 days,while serum level of myelin basic protein (MBP) and neuron specific enolase (NSE) were measured in rats by enzyme linked immuno absorbent assay (ELISA).Results Neither group of rats had abnormal activities such as clonus and rigidity.Histological examination of the two groups under light microscope disclosed no specific changes like cerebral edema,neuron loss and hemorrhage.Also no statistically significant differences in the values of serum mean MBP and NSE were found among the TMS 1,TMS 2and normal control groups( P >0.05).Conclusion rTMS is safe;it will not induce seizures and brain damage under routine intensity and frequency of stimulation.
