摘要
目的 探讨重症肌无力 (MG)患者周围血细胞免疫功能变化及雷公藤多甙 (T )治疗 MG的免疫调节机制。方法 将 5 2例 MG患者随机分为 T 治疗组及非 T 治疗组 ,观察两组前后及 40例正常对照血清白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)及可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (s IL - 2 R)水平。结果 T 治疗组及非 T 治疗组治疗前血清 IL - 6、TNF及s IL - 2 R水平分别显著高于正常对照组 ,T 治疗组治疗后血清 IL - 6、TNF及 s IL - 2 R的水平均较治疗前明显降低 ,而非 T 治疗组治疗前后血清 IL - 6、TNF及 s IL - 2 R水平无显著性差别。结论 MG患者存在明显的细胞免疫功能紊乱 ,T 治疗MG的免疫机制可能是通过抑制 IL - 6、TNF及 s IL - 2
Objective To explore the cellular immune of myasthenia gravis (MG) and the immunoregulating mechanisms of tripterygiitotorum(TⅡ) on MG.Methods 52 cases of MG patients were included and were divided into TⅡ treating group( n =28) and non TⅡ treating group(n=24).The serum interleukin 6(IL 6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R) levels of TⅡ treating group and non TⅡ treating group before and after treatment were observed and compared with those of control group.Results [WT5”BZ]The serum IL 6,TNF and sIL 2R levels were much higher in TⅡ treating group and non TⅡ treating group before treatment than in control group.There was a significant decrease in serum IL 6,TNF and sIL 2R levels in TⅡ treating group after TⅡ treatment.There was no significant variation in serum IL 6,TNF and sIL 2R levels in non TⅡ treating group after treatment.Conclusion The immunoregulatory role of TⅡ in the treatment of MG patients may come into play by way of inhibiting the production of IL 6,TNF and sIL 2R.
