摘要
智能变电站作为智能电网的基本单元,其时钟同步精度的高低严重影响着全站信息化、自动化的实现效率。为提高变电站时钟系统的同步精度,文章对智能变电站NTP和IEEE1588时钟同步对时方式进行了对比分析,并根据同步报文时间戳的产生与识别以及变电站的过程层与站控层网络的拓扑结构,将精密时间同步系统嵌入到智能变电站过程层和站控层。最后通过精度测试验证满足IEC61850标准最高T5等级(1μs)的要求。
As the basic unit of the smart grid, clock synchronization precision of smart substation seriously affects the infomatization and automation efficiency of the total station. To improve the clock synchronization precision of the sta-tion, the NTP and IEEE1588 clock synchronization mechanism is compared and analyzed in this paper. According to the studying on the generation and identification of synchronous message timestamp and the topology of process layer and station layer networks in the substation, the precision clock synchronization system is embedded at process level and station level of the substation. Finally, precision test verifies that the system meets the T5 level(1μs) request on real-time performance according to IEC 61850 standard.
