摘要
镁电解槽尤其是具有特殊内部结构的多极镁电解槽在启动前必须进行充分的烘烤,烤槽制度是否合理直接影响到槽子启动后的电流效率及槽体寿命。对多极镁电解槽不同烤槽制度下的槽寿命及电流效率进行了探讨,确定了多极镁电解槽的最佳烤槽制度。
Magnesium electrolyzer, especially multipolar magnesium electrolyzer with special internal struc- ture, must be fully baked before start. Unreliable baking method will directly affect current efficiency and life of electrolyzer after start. The life and current efficiency of multiple magnesium electrolyzer in differ- ent baking processes were discussed and analyzed. The optimum baking process is determined.
