摘要
研究一种新型百叶式太阳集热器的冬季集热性能,建立基于一维假设条件下的热网络和流动宏观模型,模型的有效性通过了实验验证。利用该模型进行理论计算,讨论结构尺寸、百叶角度及集热板材料等因素与出风口空气温度、通风量、有效利用能及集热效率之间的关系。结果表明,适当增大体型比、百叶角度和风口尺寸有助于提高新型百叶太阳集热器的热性能,夹层内空气体积流量是影响有效利用能或集热效率的关键因素。
The thermal performance of a new solar air collector with colored fins (SCCF) was studied. The macroscopic model was proposed based on theory of thermal network and airflow regime, which was validated with experimental data. The effects of the parameters including the dimensions of SCCF, fin angle and material of the absorber on the outlet air temperature, airflow rate, useful energy and thermal efficiency were discussed. The results indicate that thermal performance of SCCF can be obviously improved by the increases of aspect ratio, fin angle and vent size. The air flow rate within the gap is a key factor affecting useful energy and thermal efficiency of SCCF.
