特大型低银铅钙合金锌电解阳极工业化试验 被引量:2

Industrial Experiment of Zinc Electrowinning with Outsized Low Silver Bearing Pb-Ca Alloy Anode

摘要 对自主研发的特大型低银(含银0.2%)铅钙合金锌电解阳极(基地阳极)和某锌电解厂铅银(含银0.8%)铸造阳极进行锌电解对比试验,分别比较了锌电解阳极的重量损耗、电流效率、直流电单耗及析出锌质量。结果表明,不同阳极析出锌质量相当,基地阳极损耗低于铸造阳极,且具有更高的电流效率,基地阳极完全有望取代传统的铅银阳极。 Zinc electrolysis experiments were conducted with different electrolysis anode, i. e. , independent developed outsized Pb-Ca alloy electrolysis anode with 0. 2% silver content (base anode) and commercial Pb-Ca alloy cast anode with 0.8% silver content. The weight loss of anode, current efficiency, power con- sumption of DC, and quality of electrolyzed zinc were compared. The results show that compared with cast anode with the same quality of electrolyzed zinc, the base anode has less weight loss and higher current ef- ficiency. The substitution of commercial Pb-Ca alloy anode by base anode is predicted.
