摘要
采用以重金属吸附材料为基础的连续交换技术,对离子型稀土矿浸出母液分别进行杂质分离和稀土富集试验。结果表明,解吸液中稀土含量大于100g/L,富集约200倍,稀土对铝的比值约176.4∶1,稀土对铁的比值约568.3∶1。此工艺可简化离子型稀土矿浸出母液浓缩工艺流程,提升稀土浓缩液品质,降低成本。
Impurity separation and rare earth enrichment were conducted on the mother lixivium of ion-type rare earth ore by continuous adsorption and exchange technology based on heavy metal adsorption material.The results show that the rare earth concentration in desorption solution is above 100 g/L with the enrichment improved by about 200 times.The ratio of rare earth to aluminum and iron is 176.4 ∶ 1 and 568.3 ∶ 1 respectively.This process can simplify enrichment process of mother lixivium of ion-type rare earth ore,improve quality of concentrated rare earth solution and reduce cost.
