摘要
以5,6-二氯呋咱并[3,4-b]吡嗪为初始原料,经肟化、呋咱成环、成盐3步反应合成标题化合物;确定反应的最适宜条件:溶剂配比V(甲醇)∶V(水)=10∶1,物料比n(DFP)∶n(KOH)=1∶2.2,收率达91.6%。采用差示扫描量热(DSC)考察了目标化合物的热性能,结果显示双呋咱并[3,4-b:3',4'-e]吡嗪二钾盐具有较好的热稳定性。
Dipotassium salt of difurazano [ 3,4-b: 3′, 4′-e ] pyrazine(DFPK) was synthesized using 5,6-Dichlorofurazano [ 3,4-b ] pyrazine as starting material, via oxime, cyclization and salification. The optimum condition was followed as:the solvent was water/methanol(volume ratio is 10:1 ) ,the molar ratio of DFP and KOH was 1 : 2.2, the yield of target com- pound was 91.6%. The thermal performance of DFPK was studied using differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) , result show that DFPK have preferable thermal stability.
