摘要
将改性高岭土负载Fe(Ⅲ)后,催化芳香醛、β-二羰基化合物及脲三组分反应,合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮类化合物。反应收率高、后处理简单、时间短。催化剂可回收、循环使用5次仍然具有良好反应活性。
Kaolin supported iron（ Ⅲ） efficiently catalyzes the three-component Biginelli reaction between β-dicarbonyl com- pounds,aldehydes and urea or thiourea in refluxing ethanol to afford the corresponding 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2-ones and their derivatives. The satisfactory results were obtained with good yields, short reaction time and simplicity in the experi- mental procedure. The catalysts can be recycled and reused five times without noticeably decrease in the catalytic activity.
