摘要
以芦荟大黄素为起始原料,经KMnO4氧化、Ac2O乙酰化两步反应合成了双醋瑞因。与现有工艺相比,该方法操作简便,收率高,纯度高,且降低了原料药的合成难度。
Diacerhein was synthesized by oxidation with KMnO4 and acetylation.with Ac2 .0 using aloe emodin as start- ing material. Compared with current synthetic .methods, this method has some advantages such as more practical prepara- tion process ,high yield and high purity, and with less synthe- sis difficulty.
