术中大出血患者抢救一例

摘要 患者，男，66岁，体重62k，身高174cm，术前诊断为左肺上叶癌，拟行胸腔镜辅助下左肺上叶切除术。患者有长期吸烟史（20年，每天20支），术前戒烟1周。否认其他系统病史，术前肝功能、肾功能、肺功能及血常规电解质均未见明显异常，ASA工级。
