摘要
为了提高青核桃去皮效率,减少因堆沤时间过长青皮腐烂而对核桃品质的影响,减少青皮汁液对人手及衣物的污染,加快新鲜核桃上市,设计了一种青核桃去皮机。通过试验,对主要工作部件进行了优化设计,确定了较为合适的工作参数,为机械化青核桃去皮提供了理论参考。
In this paper,we design a green walnut peeling machine to improve the efficiency of the green walnut pericarp peeling,reduce the green husk rot on the walnut quality when the retting time is too long, weaken the contamination of juice for the hand and clothes,and help the fresh walnut in the market quickly.By experiment,we design the main working parts optimally,and determine the suitable working parameters,that provide a theoretical reference for the mechanization of green walnut peel.
