FLT3-ITD突变在急性髓细胞白血病中的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨FLT3-ITD基因突变在AML中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月-2012年3月期间诊断为AML患者的临床资料。结果 63例初治AML患者,FLT3-ITD基因突变突变率为17.5%;FLT3-ITD阳性组患者的外周血白细胞、幼稚细胞和骨髓原始细胞数显著高于FLT3-ITD阴性组,DFS、OS较阴性组明显缩短。结论 FLT3-ITD阳性患者的主要临床特征为高原始细胞,低DFS、OS。
