干细胞用作组织工程心脏瓣膜种子细胞的进展
摘要
虽然由于生活环境的改善。风湿性心脏病已经越来越少见,但随着人类整体寿命的逐渐延长,患退行性瓣膜病的人也越来越多,有学者统计称目前每年需行约29万例瓣膜置换术,并预测到2050年,该数字会增加为现在的3倍。
