摘要
本研究旨在探讨中国环颈雉A-FABP基因的多态性位点。选用成年中国环颈雉为材料,利用PCR-SSCP结合测序技术进行序列多态性位点分析,同时分析了SNP位点与屠宰性状和肌内脂肪含量的相关性。结果表明:在中国环颈雉群体中,A-FABP基因检测到C-1106 T、C 621 G、C 51 T和G 1223 A 4个SNPs位点的多态性,构建21种单倍型组合,3个多态位点对屠宰性状存在显著性差异,H9H11和H1H4单倍型组合能提高屠宰性状和肌内脂肪含量。中国环颈雉A-FABP基因4个多态位点与屠体性状显著相关,具有选育意义。
This study was conducted to study the A -FABP gene polymorphism of Chinese ring-necked pheasant. To Chinese ring-necked pheasants as material, using PCR-SSCP and sequencing technology to studyA -FABPgene polyrnorphism, analyzing with the carcass traits and intramuscular fat content relevance. Result showed that four SNPs of A-FABP were genotyped, 21 haplotypes were construced. Three SNPs have significant effect on carcass traits, FI9Hll and H1H4 haplotype combinations can improve carcass traits. There were significant effect on Chinese ring-necked pheasant A -FABP gene 4 polymorphisms with carcass traits. The A -FABP gene has breeding meaning.
