包被氧化锌对仔猪肌内脂肪合成相关基因表达的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Levels of Coated ZnO on Expression of Lipid Anabolism Related Genes in Intramuscular Fat of Weanling Pig

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同水平包被氧化锌对仔猪肌内脂肪(IMF)合成相关基因表达的影响。采用单因子试验设计,选用健康、胎次相近、体重相近(7.72±0.65)kg的D×L×Y三元杂交仔猪72头,随机分为6组(每组4个重复,每个重复3头),设置2个氧化锌对照组(低锌对照组和高锌对照组,锌水平分别为250mg/kg和2250mg/kg),试验组为包被氧化锌,锌水平分别为250、380、570、760mg/kg。结果表明:肌内脂肪含量随着包被氧化锌水平的提高呈线性增加,且2000mg/kg(锌水平760mg/kg)组最高,显著高于高锌对照组和试验各组(P〈0.05)。乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)、心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H—FABP)、脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(A—FABP)的基因表达水平随着包被氧化锌水平的提高而呈线性增加,且都是2000mg/kg(锌水平760mg/kg)组最高,显著高于高锌对照组(P〈0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加380~760mg/kg的包被氧化锌,既能像高浓度氧化锌一样,可以显著提高仔猪肌内脂肪含量以及朋S、ACC、H—FA即、A-朋日P基因的表达水平,又能节约锌源、减少环境污染. A trial of single factorial design was conducted to evaluate the effects of coated ZnO on the expression of lipid anabolism related genes in intramuscular fat of weanling pig. 72 healthy "D×L×Y" pigs, weighing 7.72±0.65 kg, were divided into six groups and fed one of 6 dietary ZnO sources, low-zinc control group (Zinc concentrations 250 mg/kg), a high-zinc control group(Zinc concentrations 2 250 mg/kg), group 1 (250 mg/kg), group 2 (380 mg/kg), group 3 (570 mg/kg), group 4 (760 mg/kg)o The results showed with increase of the level of coated ZnO, intramuscular fat content in trial groups presented increasing trends, and 2 000 mg/kg(Zinc concentrations 760 mg/kg) group was the highest group and significantly higher than that in a high-zinc control group and other trial groups (P〈0.05). With increase of the level of coated ZnO, the expression of ACC, FAS, H-FABP and A-FABP in trial groups also presented increasing trend, and 2 000 mg/kg (Zinc concentrations 760 mg/kg)group was the highest group and significantly higher than that in a high-zinc control group (P〈O.05). It is concluded that adding 380-760 mg/kg Coated ZnO, as pharmacological concentrations of ZnO does, can improve intramuscular fat content and expression of FAS, ACC, H-FABP and A- FABP, moreover, can save Zn source and reduce environmental pollution.
