低蛋白日粮对肉仔鸡血液生化指标的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Low-protein Diets on Blood Biochemical Index in Broilers

摘要 本试验旨在研究低蛋白日粮对肉仔鸡血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、血清尿素氮、总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的影响。试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,选择健康1日龄AA肉仔鸡180只,随机分为3个处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,饲养期42 d。对照组前、后期日粮粗蛋白水平分别为21%和19%,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组前、后期日粮粗蛋白水平分别比对照组降低1.5个百分点和3个百分点。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组肉仔鸡血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量与对照组相比差异均不显著;试验Ⅱ组肉仔鸡血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量随日粮粗蛋白水平的降低有下降的趋势,且与对照组相比,总蛋白、白蛋白含量显著减少,21 d时试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血清尿素氮含量均有下降趋势。试验结果提示,日粮粗蛋白水平降低1.5个百分点对血液生化指标无显著影响,且可以降低饲料成本,增加经济效益。 The present experiment was conducted to study the effects of low-protein diets on total protein, albumin, globulin, serum urea nitrogen, triglyceride and total cholesterol in serum of broiler. In the experiment, a total of 180 1-day-old healthy male Arbor Acre broilers were selected and randomly allotted into three treatments, each treatment consisted of six replicates with ten broilers in each replicate. The feeding trial lasted 42 days and the blood samples of broilers were collected on 21 and 42 d of test period, respectively. The levels of crude protein(CP) were 21%and 19% in the previous period and later period of control respectively, group I and group II contained the same levels of metabolic energy as the control group, and the crude protein levels were reduced by 1. 5 percentage points and 3 percentage points comparing with the control, respectively. The results demonstrated that the content of total protein, albumin, globulin, triglyceride and total cholesterol in serum of group I didn't change significantly compared with the control group. In group Ⅱ, the content of total protein, albumin and globulin in serum tended to decrease with declining dietary protein level, and there was significant difference in total protein and content of protein between group Ⅱ and control. In addition, a decreasing tendency of serum urea nitrogen was observed in the both of test groups compared with the control group on 21 d. taken results above together, we found that there was no effect of 1.5 percentage points reduction of dietary CP on blood biochemical index, which could reduce the feedstuff cost and increase economic benefit.
