摘要
哺乳动物性别决定是指未分化的原始生殖嵴向睾丸(卵巢)分化的过程,受性激素或受体引起的次级效应影响。性别一般由性染色体基因决定,常染色体基因调控。性别分化机制非常复杂,具体分子机制目前尚未完全阐释清楚。本文从胚胎性腺分化概述了猪性别决定的生殖基础,通过性别疾病相关基因、DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA及其测序技术与性别分化研究,探讨了人和小鼠的性别决定分子遗传机制,这些将为猪的生产和医学模型构建提供有益的参考和启发。
Sex determination means genital ridge developing into testis (ovary) in mammals, influenced by second effect of hormone or receptors. Sex is determined by sex chromosome gene, regulated by autosome gene. Molecular mechanism of sex differentiation is very complicated, which hasn't elucidated now. The reproductive basis of sex determination about pigs was summarized in embryonic gonads differentiation in this paper. The molecular genetics mechanism of sex determination were also discussed in human and mouse according to sex disorders of development related genes, DNA methylation, histone modification, noncoding RNA and sequencing technology. These will provide useful information for further studying in pig production and construction medical animal model.
