My First Inquiry into the Building of a Contingent of Student Cadres in Institutions of Higher Learning

分析高校学生干部队伍建设具有“对象的特殊性”和“过程的动态性”两个基本特点，探讨在高校学生管理中，如何根据这些特点进行高校学生干部的选拔、培养及干部队伍的组建工作。

The building of a contingent of student cadres in institutions of higher learning is of the following two basic characteristics: 1), the' particularity of the objects' and 2), the' dynamic feature of the process' . On the above basis the present paper probes into the selection and cultivation of student cadres in college and universities and the organizational and the building work of a cadre contingent in them.
