瘤胃微生物体外降解玉米秸秆与花生壳混合粉的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究瘤胃微生物体外降解玉米秸秆和花生壳混合粉的最佳比例,本试验设置7个不同比例处理组合(2∶8、3∶7、4∶6、5∶5、6∶4、7∶3、8∶2),通过测定总产气量和干物质变化两个指标来反映瘤胃微生物对玉米秸秆和花生壳混合粉的体外降解效果。选择刚刚屠宰的肉牛瘤胃微生物进行试验。结果表明,玉米秸秆和花生壳混合粉配比为3∶7的组合瘤胃微生物体外代谢活动最旺盛,生长繁殖最活跃;配比为4∶6的组合次之。 The experiment was conducted to study the best proportion of corn straw and peanut shell powder mixture in vitro degradation of rumen microorganisms .The test set of 7 different treatment combinations (2∶8,3∶7,4∶6,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3,8∶2).Through the two indicators of the total gas yield and dry matter changes,the effect of rumen microorganisms in vitro degradation of corn straw and peanut shell powder were determind.The rumen microbial of the new slaughter cattle were selected to be used in the test.The results showed that the corn straw and peanut shell powder mixture ratio of 3∶7 combi-nation of rumen microorganisms in vitro degradation was the most exuberant,growth and reproduction were the most active. The ratio of 4∶6 combination was the second.
