因特网的迅猛发展正在改变着传统纸质印刷型学报的出版模式 ,在现实条件下学报上网的较理想模式 ,可以依存于“垂直网站”,向他们提供内容 ,做好学报上网前的二次编辑工作 ,逐步创造条件 ,创办自己的独立网站 ;为适应学报网络出版的要求 。

With the speedy development of internet, the traditional publishment model of journals; paper printing, is in rapid change. Under the present condition, the ideal way for journals to go on line is turning to “Vertical net station” for help. The college journal's content can bbe sent directly to this station after being edited twice. In this way we do our preparation work gradually until we establish our own independent net station. In order to meet the demand of net-publishment, editors should improve their quality.
