摘要
国际合作项目由于其生产管理模式、运营模式和合同模式与国内油气项目不同,进行SEC储量评估时,涉及的专业术语和评估要素有其特殊性。在海外资产油气储量计算、评审和SEC储量评估的基础上,结合具体实例,从技术、经济和商务等方面,系统总结了其特殊专业词汇和评估要素,并进一步分析了储量评估面临的困难挑战及应对策略。特殊专业术语有总储量、净储量、总(作业)产量和净产量等,评估要素涉及到合同模式、开发方案、合同条款、披露内容等方面的内容。研究结果对国际合作项目油气资产的储量评估工作具有重要参考意义。
Because of different production management modes,operation modes and contract modes to domestic oil & gas projects,the professional twins and evaluation elements associated with SEC reserves estimation of intemational cooperation projects are unique.On the basis of oil and gas respires calculation,review and SEC reserves estimation of overseas properties,the special professional terms and evaluation elements are summarized systematically in terms of technology,economics and commerce by taking specific case study as an example,and the challenges faced by reserve estimation and the countermeasures are further analyzed.The special professional terms include gross reserves,net reserves,gross(operational) production and net production etc,while the evaluation elements cover contractual mode,development program,contract terms and disclosures.The study result provides an important reference for reserves evalualion of oil & gas properties of international cooperation projects.
