摘要
胜利油田王家岗孔店组原油含蜡量高、凝固点高,在采出过程中流动性差,影响了油井的正常生产。根据降凝机理中的共晶理论,对原油含蜡的碳数分布进行了测试分析,根据王家岗高凝油的性质和含蜡碳数分布特点,设计并合成了3种两元共聚醇解类降凝剂和5种三元共聚胺解类降凝剂,并对合成降凝剂的性能进行了评价研究。研究表明:与常用降凝剂相比,合成的丙烯酸复合酯类降凝剂的降凝效果大幅提高,其中三元共聚类降凝剂更易和原油含蜡共晶析出,且极性基团的极性更强,有利于阻止蜡晶形成三维网状结构导致的原油凝固,降凝效果优于两元共聚类降凝剂。
The Kongdian Formation crude in Wangjiagang,Shengli oilfield has high content of wax and high pour point.During recovery,its poor mobility affected the normal production of producers.Based on eutectic theory of pour point depression mechanism,the distribution of carbon number of wax content in crude is tested and analyzed.Taking into account of the property of the Wangjiagang high pour point crude and the distribution feature of carbon number in wax content,three types of binary copolymerized alcoholysis based pour point depressant and five types of tercopolymerized aminolysis based pour point depressant are designed and synthesized,and the performance of synthetic pour point depressants is evaluated and investigated.It is shown from the research work that,compared to the commonly used pour point depressants,the pour point depression effect of synthesized composite acrylic ester based pour poinl depressant is significantly enhanced,ft is easy for the lercopolymer baaed pour point depressant to precipitate eutectically with the wax contained in crude,and the polarity of the polar group becomes stronger,favorable to prevent crude from solidification resulted from wax crystals formed 3D network structure,having better effect of pour point depression than that of the binary copolymer based pour point depressants.
