低渗透油藏注水井有效压裂技术探索 被引量:27

摘要 YSL油田储层渗透率低,致使注水井注水困难,为此进行注水井有效压裂技术研究,评价了压裂液对岩心的伤害程度,明确了清水压裂适用于低渗透油藏注水井压裂。开展了清水压裂及水平钻孔后清水压裂参数优化研究,给出了合理的裂缝参数、施工参数及不同孔眼数条件下的合理排量,并分析了2种压裂方式的差别。现场压裂试验表明,水平钻孔诱导配合清水压裂取得了很好的措施效果,为低渗储层注水井改造提供了新思路。 In YSL oilfield,the reservoir permeability is low,which makes the waiter injection difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effective fracturing technology of injection well.The damage of fracturing fluid on core is assessed,showing that the clear water is more suitable for the water injection well fracturing in low permeability reservoirs.The parameter optimization is carried out for clear water fracturing and horizontal borehole with water-fracs.Accordingly,the reasonable fracture parameters,operation parameters and discharge rate in different borehole numbers are obtained.Moreover,the differences of two fracturing modes are analyzed.The field fracturing experiment shows that the horizontal borehole with water-fracs is effective in stimulation,which provides a new idea for injection well stimulation in low permeability reservoirs.
