摘要
相对于双导轨玻璃升降器,单导轨玻璃升降器具有空间效率高、质量轻及价格低的优势,但其在车门玻璃运行时的旋转稳定性较差。为了提高单导轨玻璃升降器在玻璃运行过程中的旋转稳定性,文章通过车门玻璃运行受力模型的建立、力平衡的计算及综合玻璃形状特性的方法,对单导轨玻璃升降器的举升点进行设计布置,以提升玻璃运行时的旋转稳定性,使其能更好地发挥其优势,不仅在小尺寸的后门系统,而且在尺寸相对较大的前门系统中也能得到广泛应用。
The single-rail window regulator has the advantage of high space efficiency, light weight and low cost compared with dual-rail window regulator, but the side window glass running stability is the weakness for the single-rail window regulator. To improve window glass running stability, this article is to set the side window glass lift point of single-rail window regulator based on the establishment of forced model, force balance analysis and the side window glass shape so as to bring the initiative into lull play. A wide application was used not only in small dimension rear door, but also in large dimension front door.
