摘要
汽车冲压覆盖件的质量问题不仅会影响车身美观,而且还会降低制件的抗腐蚀性、产品的使用寿命,因此对车身覆盖件的质量缺陷控制至关重要。文章主要介绍冷冲压过程中开裂、缩颈、变形及坑包等11种常见的制件质量缺陷,分析造成这些质量缺陷的原因,探讨减少和避免产生这些质量缺陷的工艺方法,以提高车身覆盖件的产品质量。对生产实践中同类问题的解决具有一定的借鉴作用。
Quality problems of automotive pressed panel not only affect body appearance, but also reduce the corrosion resistance performance of pressed part and shorten the service life, so controlling the quality of body pressed parts is very important. This paper mainly introduced the quality problems in cold stamping process such as cracking, necking, deformation and potted surface etc II kinds of defects, analyzed the cause of malfunction of the pressed parts, discussed the processing which can reduce and avoid all kinds of problems to improve the quality of auto body panel. It will provide the reference for solving the similar problems in the practical application.
