城市生活垃圾制作固体燃料可行性研究

摘要 利用生物自干燥装置处理生活垃圾机械生物预处理后的脱水物料,并对制作RDF的可行性进行试验研究.结果表明,每立方米脱水物料采用通风量0.08 m3/min是可行的,物料温度在2~3 d内快速升高到73℃,随后温度在4d内逐渐降低到53~62℃,TS在7d内从70%逐渐升高到87%,7d的生物自干燥可以成为RDF制作的参考时间.原始城市生活垃圾RDF产率为40%,其含水率为14%左右,低位热值LCV为15 198kJ/kg.经推测RDF最高含有62.5%的塑料.RDF中氯元素含量低于0.5%,重金属的含量也在可以接受的范围内. Using biological self-drying equipment to treat dehydrated materials which are the end product of domestic waste MBT pretreatment,the feasibility of producing RDF was studied.The results showed that the ventilation rate of 0.08 m3/min to per cubic meter of dehydrated materials was feasible.The material temperature rose rapidly to 73 ℃ during 2~3 days,and then drop to 53~62 ℃ within 4 days.TS rose from 70% to 87% within 7 days,and the time of 7 days can be the reference time for biological self-drying process to produce RDF.The productivity of RDF with original municipal domestic waste was 40%,and the moisture content of RDF was about 14%,whose LCV was 15 198 kJ/kg.It is supposed that RDF contain 62.5% of plastics at its maximum,and below 0.5% of chlorine content.And heavy metals content was within the acceptable levels.
