摘要
以生活垃圾为原料、空气为气化剂、下吸式气化炉为反应器、等离子体发生器为热源对生活垃圾等离子气化技术进行试验研究,通过改变试验工况,总结出生活垃圾气化过程中产生的CO、CH4、H2等主要气体产物的体积分数随气化炉炉温升高的变化规律。通过试验研究分析,提出该技术在工业化应用中急需解决的问题。
Taking domestic waste as the raw material,air as the gasification agent,the downdraft gasification furnace as a reactor,the plasma generator as a heat source,the experimental research on domestic waste plasma gasification technology was carried out.In the domestic waste gasification process,the variation of the volume fraction of gas products (CO,CH4,H2) with temperature increasing of gasification furnace was summarized by changing experimental condition.Several problems must be solved in industrial applications of this technology were put forward through the experimental research and analysis.
