摘要 为分析自卸汽车举升机构的结构强度,本文建立了自卸汽车举升机构应变电测实验系统,并采用应变电测实验技术对某重型自卸汽车举升机构构件应力进行了测量,得到了举升机构的举升臂、拉杆关键点位的应力变化规律,并在液压实验台上进行实验。实验结果表明,各测点的应力均随举升时间的增大达到最大值后而减小,在举升至0.4s(举升角为1.2°)时,各测点应力值最大,说明自卸汽车举升机构的结构强度满足使用要求。该研究为采用有限元方法分析举升机构的结构强度奠定了基础,也为举升机构的结构优化设计提供了参考依据。 To analyze the structural strength of the lifting mechanism of a dump truck,a strain electrical measurement experimental system was established.The stress measurement for the lifting mechanism of a dump truck was conducted using strain electrical measurement technology.The stress variation of some key points in the drawbar and liftarm was obtained from the measurement above,and an experiment test was conducted on the hydraulic experimental bench.Theexperimental results showed that the stress of each measuring point decreased with the lifting time after reached the maximum at 0.4seconds when the lifting angle was 1.2 degrees,which illustrated that the lifting mechanism meted the operating requirements.This research not only laid a foundation for the structure strength analysis using finite element method,but also provided reference for the optimization design of the lifting mechanism.
