全机器人TECAB术后患者在ICU的早期观察与护理 被引量:2

摘要 全机器人冠状动脉旁路移植术(totally endoscopic coronary artery bypass grafting,TECAB)是目前心脏外科领域最前沿、最具创新性的技术.我院心外科最早使用美国Intuitive Surgical公司最新的四臂达芬奇S(da Vinci S)机器人系统,使外科医生在不开胸的情况下,可以更加精确和高效地完成心脏手术,效果良好[2].这项新技术也对临床护理工作提出了新的要求,为总结全机器人TECAB术后的护理经验,以指导今后的护理工作,
