军事作业抗疲劳营养补充剂研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 军事作业医学是军事医学从伤病防治向能力拓展发展起来的新兴学科.军事作业医学着眼于维护军人的体能、智能、技能及情景感知能力,其最终目标不仅是维护军人的身心健康,更要巩固和提升军人的军事作业能力.近年来,国内外特别重视军事作业疲劳的预防,着力于研究通过膳食途径抗疲劳和体能恢复的策略,已发现一些具有抗疲劳功效的营养素、膳食成分和天然植物,并开发了多种功能性食品、膳食补充剂、特种军用食品.本文主要就军事作业抗疲劳营养补充剂做一综述.
