On the basis of the status quo of development of sugarcane and canesugar in Zhanjiang states farms, this paper analyzes the factors, subjective and objective, influencing the development effectiveness of sugarcane and canesugar industry in Zhanjiang States farms, some production management measures and proposals are provided for promoting the development of modernized sugarcane and canesugar in this region.
