摘要
从高职工商企业管理的专业定位和培养目标出发,介绍了高职工商企业管理专业课程评价的现状和特点。从优化该专业的人才培养目标,培养中小型企业高效管理者的角度,结合当前国内外企业管理的发展趋势及其对企业管理人员的要求,提出了旨在提高综合素质、强化实践能力、强化校企合作、强化情商培养、强化创业能力等的课程评价措施,并优化基于CIPP的教学评价指标体系。
This article introduce the status and characteristics of Business Administration Curriculum Evaluation against the positioning and developing objective of Business Administration major in polytechnic college. From the perspective of optimization of the developing objectives and developing high efficient managers of SMEs, combining with current trends in domestic and international business management and its impact on personnel requirements for business managers, the article propose curriculum evaluation measures to improve the overall quality, strengthen practical ability, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, and strengthen emotional intelligence training and strengthen entrepreneurial capacity. Then optimize teaching evaluation system based on CIPP.
