This article mainly from ＂language analysis method＂ , researches the later Wittgenstein philosophy. ＂The Ordinary Language Analysis＂ is not only the important characteristics of analytic philosophy, but also the later Wittgenstein philosophy important features. Language analysis method of Wittgenstein Philosophy can be divided into two main contents that are the suitability standards and the ordinary language analysis methods （steps）.
