页岩油气水平井压裂工艺技术展望 被引量:14

FRACTURING TECHNOLOGIES USED FOR SHALE-OIL AND SHALE-GAS HORIZONTAL WELLS

摘要 近年来国外大力发展水平井多级压裂技术,并成功应用于页岩油气实现了商业化开发,为缓解世界能源危机鼓舞了信心。我国能源消耗巨大,对外依赖程度越来越高。尽管拥有丰富的页岩油气资源,但却无法有效动用,其主要原因之一是国内现有增产工艺技术落后。目前国内水平井压裂技术主要针对砂岩储层,而应用于页岩储层则效果不佳。鉴于目前关于页岩油气的渗流机理尚未形成成熟理论,从工艺角度分析页岩油气开发,详细介绍了国外主流增产工艺技术及现场试验效果,并结合国内技术现状提出我国未来压裂工艺技术研究方向,为加快国内页岩油气资源大规模开发提供参考。 In recent years,multi- stage fracturing technology has vigorously been developed for horizontal wells in many foreign countries. It has been successfully applied to commercially developing shale oil and shale gas. But Chinas dependence on foreign energy increases due to huge consumption of energy; moreover,abundant shale- oil and shale- gas resources can not be put to use effectively just because our stimulation technologies are backward. So far,most fracturing technologies used for horizontal well aim mainly to sandstone reservoirs. But its application to shale reservoir is ineffective,and mature theory of percolation mechanism of shale oil and shale gas has not formed. So,this study analyzes the prospect of shale- oil and shale- gas development technologies,and then presents the main stimulation technologies and their field effect abroad; at last puts forward a research direction of Chinas fracturing technologies.
