准南山前柴窝堡区块钻井液技术研究与应用

摘要 通过分析准南山前柴窝堡区块复杂事故发生的原因,针对该区块地层特点,提出了相应的钻井液技术对策及铝胺强抑制强封堵聚磺防塌钻井液体系配方。该体系在柴窝堡区块柴1HF井现场应用表明:抑制性强,封堵性能好,适应柴窝堡区块地层特点。柴1HF井直导眼的钻探成功不但解决了该区块施工中易出现的井壁失稳难题,而且为该区块其它井的施工提供了有力的技术保障。 Through analyzing causes of complex accidents in Chaiwobao block of Huainan piedmont,according to formation characteristics of the block,this study puts forward a corresponding countermeasure of drilling- fluid technology and a formula of aluminum-amine polysulfonate anti- collapse drilling- fluid system with strong inhibiting and sealing properties. Its application to Chai 1HF well shows that the system has excellent inhibiting and sealing properties,and is suitable for the formation characteristics. The successful drilling of straight pilot hole of Chai 1HF well not only solves the problem of wellbore instability occurring in operation but also provides a technical guarantee for other wells in this block.
