高地压软岩巷道U型钢支架支护技术探讨

摘要 随着煤矿开采深度的不断加大,矿山压力显现强烈,地质构造复杂,导致巷道施工及维护困难,高地压软岩巷道的支护问题日趋严重。文章以陈四楼煤矿-720辅助水平回风巷支护设计为例,采用U型钢支架与壁后注浆充填相结合,使围岩-注浆充填体-U型钢支架形成共同的力学承载体,提高围岩承载力,对提高软岩巷道的稳定具有显著效果。 With increasing depth of coal mining, mine pressure behavior strongly, complex geological structure, resulting in roadway con- struction and maintenance difficulties, high pressure soft rock roadway growing problem. Article to -720 CHENSILOU auxiliary horizontal re- turn air mine roadway support design as an example, the use of U - shaped steel bracket and wall grouting filling combine to make the rock - grouting body - U - shaped steel bracket to form a common carrier body mechanics to improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock, soft rock roadway to improve the stability of a significant effect.
