摘要
目的:建立天津市汉族青年个体化弓丝形态模型。方法:从天津市3000名汉族青年选取正常个体103例,其中男性50名,年龄17-20岁,平均年龄18.23岁;女性53名,年龄17-20岁,平均年龄18.95岁。对正常个体行牙周洁治术后采集模型,建立中切牙冠宽与牙弓的函数关系,在Matlab 7.0实验平台下完成个体化理想弓形的建立。结果:通过Matlab 7.0试验平台,成功建立天津市汉族青年上颌及下颌个体化理想弓丝的数学模型。上颌牙弓曲线方程式y=-2.9517×10-8 x6+1.017×10-6 x5+3.8293×10-5 x4+1.1087×10-3x3+1.902965×10-2x2-3.6283×10-1x-5.6956+6.1503×10-2lx+1.4355l-7.7697×10-2l2。下颌牙弓曲线方程式y=-3.0555×10-8x6-7.3778×10-7x5+4.0995×10-5x4+7.4784×10-4x3+2.162555×10-2x2-3.5621×10-1x-6.65453+9.0892×10-2lx+2.3699l-1.9409×10-1l2。结论:个体化理想牙弓弓形软件的应用便于正畸临床个体化治疗。
Objective: To study the system of customized dental arch in Han nationality of young adults in Tianjin. Methods: After periodontal scaling, the data were systematically derived from 103 people with normal occlusion in Han na- tionality of Tianjin young adults. Establishment of customized dental arch was performed using Matlab 7.0. Results: Estab- lish the system of customized dental arch in Han race of young adult in Tianjin with Matlab 7.0. Dental arch equation are y=-2.9517×10-8X6+1.017×10-6X-5+3.8293×10-5x4+1.1087×10-3X-3+1.902965×10-2X0-3.6283×10-1X-5.6956+6.1503×10-2x+1.43551-7.7697×10-2I2. and y=-3.0555×10-8x6-7.3778×10-7X5+4.0995×10-5x4+7.4784×10-4X-3+2.162555×10-2X2-3.5621×10-1X-6.65453+9.0892×10-2lx+2.36991-1.9409×10-lI2. Conclusion: The system of customized dental arch can instruct the clinical therapy.
