基于“卓越医生教育培养计划”的病理学教学改革设想与思考

旨在探索并实践"卓越医生教育培养计划"的人才培养新模式。从病理学课程的教学现状入手,提出病理学理论课教学、实验课教学、教师队伍建设及考核体系等方面的改革设想并在"卓越医生教育培养计划"培养目标指导下组织实施。

This paper aims to explore and practice a new teaching model on the aim of bringing up talents in accordance with the educa- tional programs of cultivating outstanding doctors. From analyzing the current status of teaching pathology course, the reform tentative i- deas are put forward by the following several aspects： the pathology theory teaching, experiment course teaching, construction of teach- ers groups and teaching assessment. Under the direction of the educational programs of cultivating outstanding doctors, these assump- tions will be organized and carried out.
