摘要
目的:本课题通过内科常用诊疗技术强化培训前后的量化评分比较,来评估医学生实习前内科常用诊疗技术模拟培训的作用和意义。方法:培训前、后分别进行考核,并对评分结果进行比较分析。同时对课程评价调查表进行分析总结。结果:培训后成绩较培训前成绩有显著性提高,课程评价调查表平均得分在90分以上,并且学生提出了很多支持和欢迎的意见。结论:说明强化培训能明显提高学生内科常用诊疗技术的操作技能。
Objective: To evaluate the effects and significance of intensive training in general diagnostic and therapeutic techniques on medical students before their clinical practice by quantified scorings before and after simulation teaching. Methods: Medical students were examined before and after training, and the scores were analyzed. Simultaneously, the feedback course evaluation questionnaires were analyzed Results: There is a significant improvement of the students'scores before and after the training. The mean score of the questionnaires was 〉 90. The students welcome the training in simulation teaching. Conclusion: Intensive training can improve students'manipulative skills on general diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
