摘要
为了解现行教育模式下临床专业"科研型"研究生的学业及思想状况,我们对北京大学第二临床医学院96名"科研型"研究生进行了不记名问卷调查。调查结果显示该研究生群体学业、就业压力普遍较大,培养模式与就业意愿严重不符。如何更好地优化临床专业"科研型"研究生的培养模式,从根本上缓解他们的学业压力及不良情绪值得我们深思。
To acquaint the academic career and ideological situation in clinical research-based type graduate students, anonymous ques- tionnaire survey was conducted in 96 students in Peking University People＇s Hospital. The result showed the employment willing was in- consistent with the training mode. So bow to optimize the training mode for research-based type graduate student has been an impo/tant problem.
