To analyze the implementation and the existing risk of nuclear and radiation laws among the current en- try and exit passengers, discuss the difficulties and the insufficiency of the current implementation, and propose some aspects of the problem in the entry and exit passengers＇ nuclear and radiation monitoring and disposal. It is beneficial to port health quarantine, radiation supervision and law execution by strengthening the construction of mechanism.
