摘要 目的通过对供船食品卫生检疫监管中存在的问题进行分析,研究后续监管策略。方法通过对天津口岸供船食品监管实际的归纳总结,分析现状,提出问题,研究策略。结果供船食品卫生检疫监管模式仍需完善,相关理论研究仍需推动。结论通过建立行政许可制度、加强日常卫生监督和实行分级管理制度等措施,合理引导企业,促进供船食品行业健康发展,保障国境口岸的食品安全。 Objective This article aims to analyze the existing problems of the health and quarantine supervision on supplying for ships and explore the subsequent strategies. Methods To summary the supervision on supplying for ships, analyze the current status, raise questions and explore strategies. Results Health ano quarannne super- vision on food supplying for ships should be improved, theoretical research should be promoted. Conclusion The measures of establishing administrative licensing system, strengthening the daily supervision and adopting a hierar- chical management system will effectively guide the food supplying enterprises, promote the food supplying industry for ships and safeguard food safety of the territory.
