湖北省幼儿园体育师资发展现状研究

Study on Developing the kindergarten physical education teachers in Hubei Province

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法对湖北省各地区幼儿园体育教师发展现状进行调查,发现湖北省各地区幼儿园体育师资配备率整体偏低、城乡之间配备不均衡。湖北省高校培养的学前教育方向体育教师缺乏、幼儿园主管部门对"幼儿园体育"存在误区、教育部门对幼儿园支持力度不够等是这一现象出现的主要原因。研究针对上述现状和制约因素,提出相应对策,旨为湖北省幼儿园体育师资建设和发展提供帮助。
