古籍保护工作人才培养的现状及思考

The Current Situation of Cultivating Talents of the Ancient Books Protection and Some Thinking

论文介绍了2007年以来全国古籍保护工作中人才培养的状况、人才培养的方式及不同人才培养的特点,指出目前人才培养中出现的一些问题,结合古籍保护工作特点,对今后古籍保护人才的培养提出一些思考:增强人才队伍的稳定性,区分人才的层次和重点培养方向,拓展人才使用的渠道。

This paper introduces the status of the ancient books protection talent training, the training methods and the char- acteristics between the different talents cultivations throughout the country since 2007. It points out the current problems in cultivating talents. Combined with the characteristics of ancient books protection, it gives some thoughts： enhancing the stabil- ity of the talents, distinguishing the talent level and the focus of the training direction, expanding the channel of the talent using.
