氨碘酮在老年人心律失常治疗中维持量分析

The analysis about maintenance quantity of amiodarone in the treatment of the elderly arrhythmia

目的分析氨碘酮在治疗老年心律失常中的合理维持量。方法选取老年冠心病并心律失常患者60例,均采用氨碘酮治疗,实验组200mg/d,5次/周,对照组100mg/d,对比两组的疗效和用药安全性。结果实验组总有效率93.3%,对照组为90.0%;对照组在FT3、FT4、TSH上变化更明显,且出现1例角膜沉着患者;实验组用药方式更佳(P<0.05)。结论氨碘酮在治疗老年心律失常中,维持100mg/d的剂量,疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective To analyse the reasonable maintenance quantity of amiodarone in the treatment of the elderly arrhythmia. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmias were selected, all the patients were cured by amiodarone, the experimental group was 200 mg/d, five times per week, the control group was 100 rag/d, then compared the effica- cy and safety of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%, and the rate of the control group was 90.0%;the control group had more obvious change on FT3,FT4,TSH,and there had 1 patients with corneal composure; the drug use way of the experimental group was better （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amiodarone in the treatment of elderly arrhythmia, maintaining the dose of 100 rag/d, the curative effect is distinct, and the safety is high.
