外商直接投资对中国种业产业安全影响的实证研究

The Empirical Study of the Influence of FDI on the Seed Industry Security of China

外国资本通过对中国种业企业开展并购、合作经营、建立合资公司,从资本、技术、市场、资源环境等方面影响到种业产业的发展。该文借助菲德模型(Feder Model)和柯布-道格拉斯生产函数(Cobb-Douglas production function),建立外商直接投资对种业产业安全影响模型,从实证数据的角度分析外资对种业产业安全的影响,为种业如何应对外国资本、种业企业成长路径以及种业产业安全、产业政策问题提供方法和建议,有益于构建中国农业产业政策调控框架和和外商直接投资安全审查保障机制,为政府推进和完善外国涉农资本防范体系提供有益借鉴。

This study explores the influence of FDI on the seed industry security based on the research of in- dustrial security of China. Foreign capital affects the development of seed industry through merger and acquisition, cooperation and joint venture from capital, technology, market, environmental resources domination. By studying Feder Model and Cobb-Douglas Production Function, the authors have established the causal model of FDI and seed industry security which is aimed to analyze the relationship between FDI and seed industry security from the perspective of data analysis. It is designed to provide with solutions and advice for seed industry to cope with FDI in a bid to find the path of development for seed companies and the industrial policies for the security of seed industry in China. The empirical study tries to help establish the framework of seed industry regulations and the censorship for FDI which could be references for the government to promote and complement the industrial defense system related to FDI.
