摘要
草根足球是我国体育非营利组织在社会公共服务中的成功案例,是转型期社会非营利组织活动能力提升以及群众体育文化需求的必然结果。10年来,尽管我国草根足球在发展中取得了规模上的进步,但是公共足球场地资源紧缺、制度滞后、缺少专业人才与资金等障碍还是限制了草根足球的快速增量发展,而我国体育公共服务非均等化的事实、近年来职业足球产生的负面影响以及商业利益对组织公益性的冲击,则是我国草根足球向深层次发展面临的更大困境。在草根足球的发展环境日趋利好的情况下,提出我国草根足球应准确定位发展方向、强化自组织能力、加强非营利性质的营销和管理、引鉴足球发达国家经验等策略。
As a successful example of non-profitable sports organization in the national public service, the grassroots football is an inevitable result of improving of the social non-profitable organization activity ability and the need of mass sport culture. In the past 10 years, Chinese grassroots football achieved big progress, but it is still limited by the shortage of public football yard, backward system, lack of professional ard fund. But the biggest problem that affects grassroots football development is disparate public service and football negative effects, as well as commercial interests" impact on the organization. With the development of the grassroots football, this paper puts forward that our state should exactly locate development direction, strengthen selgorgan- ized ability, reinforce non-profitable marketing and management and take developed country's football strategy for reference.
