早产的临床研究概况

General situation on clinical research of preterm labor

早产是妊娠期常见的并发症,其发生率高,也是围生儿死亡的主要原因。因此,提高早产的防治水平对降低围生儿的病死率有着重要的意义。该文对早产的临床研究进展,重点是防治进展作一简要的回顾。

Preterm labor（PL） is one of common complications of pregnancy .The occurrence rate is high, and is the major cause of death for perinatal infants .Therefore, improving the level of prevention and treatment of PL have important significance for reducing the morbidity and mortality of perinatal infants .In this paper ,a brief review of clinical research progress of PL with an emphasis on prevention and treatment of PL was performed .
