摘要
"3P"模式的提出充分体现出现代人力资源管理"认识人性、尊重人性、以人为本"的核心和本质,为中小企业走出人力资源管理困境,迈上规范化管理轨道指明了方向;对于以培养适应中小企业需求为目标的辽东学院中的人力资源管理专业,搭建"3P"教学团队模式正是基于"能本管理"思想,从人力资源管理者胜任力的角度出发,针对人力资源管理过程中3个关键环节,即岗位分析、绩效管理和薪酬管理而设计的介入式联动教学模式。
The proposal of “3P” model reflects the core and essence of modern human resources management of understanding and respecting the human nature and putting people first .It can help small and medium -sized enterprises to get out of the trouble human resources management so as to carry out standardized management ..For the human resource managemen specialty in Eastern Liaoning University whose aim is to train talented people for small and medium-sized enterprises , to build the “3P” teaching team model is to strengthen the ability -based i-dea .It is a teaching model linking job analysis , performance management and salary management .
